This is a set of replacment toolbar icons for NetNewsWire 2, the leading RSS newreader for the Macintosh.

These replace your existing program icons so please back up if you do not wish to lose the originals.These were the result of an article on toolbar icons which is available from the Articles section of the site.

These do not currently work with the latest version of NetNewsWire.

 New Zealand

They say you should write about what you know, and I'm sure roughly the same applies to drawing. Having spent a year in the land of the All Blacks, I thought I would explore some of the impressions of New Zealand/Aotearoa.

Some of the Icons in the set might be unfamiliar to someone not versed in Kiwi culture, but it's a rough idea of the sights and objects that stayed in my memory as a sunburnt Irishman. This is also intended more as a backpacker set than a tourist board one.

This set is a slightly random assortment of the associations, community projects and popular services that cause people to clump together around the Web. While by no means comprehensive, it's a first stab at what may become a larger set in the future.

This set was rendered in Photoshop 7 & CS with 99.34% of the Icons being produced with custom shapes and layer styles.

Through extensive research ;), I've put together a small selection of the freaks, geeks that inhabit the far reaches of the Interweb.
Sadly, as with everything in life, the level headed types aren't half as interesting so are not included in the set

These are Icons loosely based on the iLife suite of application from Apple Computers, but with a slightly more adult twist.
It's simply an experiment in how much you can run with a theme before it grinds to a complete halt.
